
Job Description
·      Receiving visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing & announcing them appropriately
·      Answering screening & forwarding incoming phone calls
·      Assist for claim process of Finance & HR department, travel arrangement for employees, Head office management foreigner visiting, including booking flights, hotels & transportation
·      Ensure travel arrangements are in line with company policies & budgets
·      Provide administrative support for HR related activities
·      Support the Finance Team by managing invoices, receipts & basic financial data entry
·      Other duties assigned by HOD as required
Requirement
·      Any Graduated (Prefer Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field)
·      At least 1-2 years of experience as an Office Assistant or Junior Level in a related field
·      Proficiency in Microsoft office suites
·      Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
·      English 4 skills (intermediate level)
