
Job Description
·      Develop and implement efficient workflows to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of campaigns.
·      Oversee the entire lifecycle of marketing projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring all milestones are met.
·      Coordinate with internal teams, influencers, KOLs, and production partners to align on deliverables and timelines.
·      Identify and resolve operational challenges, optimizing resources and processes.
·      Serve as the primary operational point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
·      Provide regular updates to clients on project progress, addressing queries and concerns proactively.
·      Manage the preparation and organization of project-related documents, including contracts, schedules, and performance reports.
·      Handle the quotation process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project scope.
·      Oversee payment processes, including invoicing, tracking receivables, and liaising with finance teams for timely disbursements.
·      Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, content creators, production houses, and other third-party vendors.
·      Ensure compliance with contractual terms and project specifications.
·      Work closely with creative, strategy, and account teams to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment.
·      Mentor and guide junior operations staff, fostering a high-performing, results-oriented team
·      Monitor operational metrics to assess project performance and identify areas for improvement.
·      Provide insights and recommendations to drive efficiency and enhance business outcomes.
·      Contribute to the agency’s growth by delivering projects that positively impact client satisfaction and retention.
Requirement
·      Proven experience in operations management, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency.
·      Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and vendor interactions.
·      Detail-oriented with expertise in documentation, budgeting, and financial processes.
·      Proficiency in project management tools and software.
·      Ability to lead and motivate teams while fostering a collaborative environment
