Job Description
·      Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and LSPs.
·      Negotiate contracts, manage performance, and ensure compliance with SLAs.
·      Evaluate vendor performance and recommend improvements or changes as needed.
·      Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of PSTN and FTTH networks.
·      Ensure network reliability, performance, and security.
·      Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues in a timely manner.
·      Lead and manage a team of network engineers and technicians.
·      Provide mentorship, training, and development opportunities to team members.
·      Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
·      Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations to internal and external stakeholders using PowerPoint.
·      Communicate complex technical information clearly and effectively in English.
·      Represent the company at industry conferences and meetings.
Requirement
·      Prefer Engineering Graduated
·      Able to speak English
·      Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and also good at in Presentation Skill
·      Effective verbal and written communication skills and knowledge of general office procedures is necessary.
·      Familiar with FTTH, PSTN and LSP is preferable
·      Analytical capacity
·      Database, reports creating and maintaining
·      Good communications and interpersonal skills.
·      Innovation, creativity and problem-solving abilities
